Place: The Holiday Inn Cortland, NY. Take exit 11 off route 81, the Holiday Inn is just a short distance west on route 13 from route 81 exit.
Reservations: Reservations may be made by calling ..(607) 756-4431. Double and single rooms are $81.00 a night. All rooms have double beds. There is a $10.00 fee for a cot. Reservations must be in by October 10. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. There is a $25.00 deposit for dogs in the rooms. Guest are responsible for damage to rooms, so lets contain those mutes.
Dinner: Dinner is at 8:00 PM Saturday night. Reservations for dinner must be made by November 9 by sending check or money order to: Tom Lowe, NYSFA, 997 Connetquot Ave.,Central Islip, NY 11722-3235.

Meet fee: This years meet fee is $15.00 which in return you get a meet pin and a tee shirt.
Board meeting will be held at 6:00 PM. Membership meeting at 6:30 PM. A program will be presented after dinner.
Registration will begin between 8-9 AM Friday morning. Maps will be available.
